Great family vibes!
We had such a fun time! The kids loved the soft play area and never wanted to leave the kids' club. Pools were awesome too, but finding a sunbed was always a struggle after 10 am. Dinner at the poolside snack bar was super chill with nice food. Just wish the restaurant was a bit quieter during meals.

the restaurant was absoluteley chaotic, completely unacceptable for such a so-called 'luxury' hotel. also, my suite wasn’t soundproofed, woudl ve been nice to actually relax. after all that, i expected a complimentary gesture to make up for it, but no luck! i almost considered leaving a good review, but just couldn’t due to these disappointments.

We had a fantastic time at the family beach with the kids enjoying activities like laser tag. The highlight was definitely the entertainers, who made our stay super fun and engaging. The breakfast buffet was among the best we've experienced, filled with variety.
My children wished for more shaded areas by the pool.
